I ordered 2 of your Mental Wellness products when you offered half price on the old formula. It appears I got the new formula however, as it contains lion's mane (which I like) but no probiotics, which I was disappointed about. It does seem to taste more like strawberry than the old formula.
I listen to everything the doctor says and today I've taken the decision to take responsibility of my mental health and I do feel less anxiety and the urge to use. More then anything it's my mental health comes first.
Yes, I drink coffee each morning, but that doesn’t keep me going all day or benefit me in the long run. I used to take a fist full of vitamins everyday! Dr. Yi consulted me and designed a specific vitamin & supplement regimen for me to take daily. I did too! Not sure about you…but, I don’t like swallowing a fist full of pills. Mental Wellness, has the tailored combination of vitamins and supplements that Dr. Yi recommended for me! It’s an easy scoop, each morning, with ice and water into my shaker bottle. Yes, I sound like an infomercial, LOL! I share this because I do feel really good knowing that by drinking my Mental Wellness, I did something right to start my day. I was first interested in this product because the variety of vitamin b and magnesium it has. I'm post partum and have not experienced depression, which I have in the past, but I expect this will help me with energy and also with keeping my hair healthy and hopefully helping it to stop falling out so much.
After originally posting a 4 star review, I have since edited it to 5. I really appreciate the time that they took to address my concerns over some of the extra ingredients, how they were high quality and also a very small percentage of maltodextrin that had a helpful purpose vs being used as a filler. I respect this company and appreciate their transparency. They also addressed the size of the container vs amount of mix within, explaining that of the container were any smaller, it would be impossible to fit the entire ingredients list in a legible font. Though the flavor is not my favorite, it's about the vitamins, not the flavor and the fact that it's good for me and could help me with my energy and mental clarity is what matters. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great mix of b vitamins, magnesium, and more.
