We stand behind all our products and our goal is to make you happy! If you aren't happy with your order, feel free to return it!
We offer a full refund of the product price - [minus shipping, fulfilment and a $3 fee/order]
EXAMPLE: If you'r order is $73 - [$3 fee] - [$9 shipping both ways]
= Refund $61
⚠️ Unauthorized returns, or returns sent back without an RMA number will NOT BE REFUNDED!
🚚 SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is always the customers responsibility both ways.
Shipping is non-refundable, and return label shipping will also be deducted from the return (rough average $3-$7 for 2lbs or less).
If free shipping was provided to the customer, the original cost will be deducted along with return shipping cost when processing the return.
We can offer USPS® return labels at discounted rates to customers which is often the easiest and most cost effective way to handle a return.
📦SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders will not be eligible for a refund if the customer is canceling before completing two orders, and it will not be honored if the return is to abuse the subscription order privileged. (ie customer wanted to return the item, then waits to complete the necessary second order, then sends both items back)
Subscription orders should only be placed once a customer has decided they want ongoing delivery of any item or items they like and want to continue regular use of, and not as a one time trial of a product.
